The Office
This law office, being the only one located in Grenada's most modern commercial district was established in March 2000. The office is owned and operated by a young and energetic lawyer with particular interest in Commercial and Intellectual Property Law.
About Claudette Joseph
Ms. Joseph holds a Degree of Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus and a Certificate in Legal Education from the Hugh Wooding Law School. She was admitted to the Grenada Bar in 1996. Before establishing her Chambers, she served as the in house lawyer at the Legal Aid & Counseling Clinic from October 1996 to February 1997. She then served as Deputy Registrar of the High Court in Grenada from February 1997 to March 2000.
While working at the Supreme Court Registry, Ms. Joseph acquired considerable experience in the field of Intellectual Property Law. She attended a number of training courses on the subject held regionally and internationally, including one held at the W.I. P.O Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland and another held at the Benelux Trade Mark Office in The Hague, The Netherlands. Additionally, Ms. Joseph's duties as Deputy Registrar included the processing of applications for International Business Companies [I.B.Cs]
